Their mission includes empowering young musicians, showcasing the rich cultural traditions of the Americas through music, fostering cross-cultural connections, and inspiring a lifelong commitment to the art of music and the cultural heritage of the Americas. This organization seeks to nurture the talents of young musicians, elevate cultural artistry, promote unity and understanding across borders, and ignite a lifelong passion for music and cultural heritage in both participants and audiences. The Lima Conducting Workshop is born with the intention of congregating conductors and musicians from any part of the world in a week full of integration and cultural exchange, offering not just a wonderful touristic experience but a high – level academic content.
